“We are delighted to be welcoming Fig Air to the Web Manuals family,” said Krister Genmark, Director of Operations Americas, Web Manuals. “This is a particularly exciting appointment because Fig Air is the first of our 180-plus customers to be based in Canada, signifying how more and more aviation businesses around the world are recognizing the benefits of our digital documentation solutions.”

Among its more than 180 customers, Fig Air is the 25th helicopter operation to sign up with Web Manuals. Genmark continued to explain that Web Manuals is committed to expanding its presence in the North American market out of a recently opened New York City office. This is the second Web Manuals facility in the region after the company opened a San Diego office in 2016.

“We enjoy working with forward-thinking aviation businesses, like Fig Air, helping them to focus on their resources, improve their efficiency and make them even safer,” said Genmark. Fig Air points to the benefits of Web Manuals’ cloud platform, allowing the company to make modifications and seamlessly share these updates with its staff.
