Heroux Devtek sells part of its business for $300 million
Quebec aerospace manufacturer Heroux-Devtek Inc. is selling about one-third of its business to an American company for $300 million in cash to focus on its landing gear division in a deal that sent the company's stock soaring on Tuesday.

Machinist union objects to Hawker Beechcraft deal
