New business aviation regulations expected this fall

The CBAA will be soliciting input from members regarding changes and discussing with TC these changes to the new regulations starting at the end of September. The new regulations may be promulgated in Canada Gazette Part 1 as early as the end of October; therefore, this preliminary work needs to be completed as soon as possible.

AC completes jet transfer to Sky Regional
Air Canada said last week that it has successfully completed the transfer of all 15 of its Embraer 175 aircraft, the smallest jet aircraft in Air Canada's fleet, to Sky Regional to operate the aircraft on behalf of Air Canada under the capacity purchase agreement between the parties.
