New Flight Duty Times may impact BA
Despite a formal joint dissent report sent to Transport Canada by CBAA and eight other associations, business flights may be subject to commercial scheduled flight duty times, if proposed new regulations follow TC’s Working Group report. When published, the proposed regs. will be scrutinized for impact on all CBAA members, including 604/703/704 operations, and CBAA will take appropriate action. More to come.
