The NPA amending fatigue management regulations is expected to be published in Canada Gazette 1 in early July. ATAC is convinced that the common front of national associations showed the leadership and solidarity necessary to ensure that the proposed amendments to regulations won't adversely affect service levels to the Canadian people.
