Dec. 19, 2008, Quebec City – Following the new terminal opening
earlier this year and the continuing enhancement of services since, Aéroport
de Québec reached yet another historical milestone with the arrival in Quebec
City of its millionth passenger eight years ahead of schedule. This major
achievement is the result of Aéroport de Québec's steadfast efforts to make
YQB a true hub and a strong economic driving force for the region.

"This is a historical moment for Aéroport de Québec. We are tremendously
happy and proud to welcome our millionth passenger. The attractiveness of our
terminal and most importantly, the dedication of our team striving every day
to offer passengers an airport experience beyond their expectations, are key
elements of our success. I would like to thank our entire team for their
tremendous efforts in making our mission to put each 'Passenger First' a
reality. I would also like to thank a million times over the passengers who
play an essential role in making our airport a major player in the economic
vitality and development of the region", said Pascal Bélanger, President and
Chief Operating Officer.

This year again, Aéroport de Québec enjoyed unprecedented growth with a
17% increase in passenger traffic. New carriers such as Westjet, United
Airlines, Porter Airlines and Corsairfly help keep ticket prices down and
traveler interest high. A significant increase in destinations and services
offered, as well as the inauguration of the new terminal within budget and
deadlines also played a major role in Aéroport de Québec's phenomenal growth.
"We now have a welcoming entry point to the Quebec City area for tourists and
investors. The next step will be to offer even better services and improve
passenger experience further with the expansion of international arrivals and
customs preclearance", added the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Since November 1st, 2000, Aéroport de Québec inc. has been responsible
for the management, operation, maintenance, and development of Aéroport
international Jean-Lesage. Thirteen carriers offer service to North American,
South American and European destinations. More than 50 direct, non stop, daily
flights to major hubs in Eastern Canada and the United States such as
Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, New York, Cleveland, Detroit and Chicago are
offered, as well as over 30 chartered flights to sunny destinations and Paris.
