Ornge cleared of negligence charges in 2013 crash
Ornge, Ontario's air ambulance service, was cleared Friday of negligence in a 2013 crash that killed a Sudbury pilot and three others.

An Ontario Superior Court judge in Brampton ruled Ornge did not break the Canada Labour Code for “failing to provide pilots with a means to enable them to maintain visual reference while operating at night,” Public Prosecution Service Canada said in a release Friday. | READ MORE
