More than 203,000 passengers travelled in June compared to 136,000 in 2010.

Figures for the month show 116.6 million ASMs and 75.3 million RPMs. ASMs grew 19.5 per cent from 97.6 million and RPMs increased 47.9 per cent from 50.9 million versus last year.

"These excellent results include our single busiest passenger day on June 30, prior to the Canada Day and Independence Day long weekends," said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. "It's rewarding for everyone at Porter to see growth like this as we attract more customers by delivering a service-oriented passenger experience."
