Provincial Airlines is a major provider of scheduled flight services, air charters, air cargo services and air ambulance. The operator serves 18 destinations throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Québec.

Québec City will be added to the Montréal-Wabush route, by way of Sept-Iles. On a weekly basis, passengers will have access to 8 additional flights: four between Québec and Montréal and four between Québec and Sept-Îles/Wabush on a Dash 8-300 50-seat aircraft. "The arrival of Provincial Airlines is excellent news since we will now increase our offer to three important regions, Montréal, Sept-Îles and Wabush. We are very pleased to welcome Provincial Airlines to YQB," said Gagné.

"We are delighted to expand into Québec City and thank the airport management team for welcoming us," said Mr. Calvin Ash, Corporate Director at Provincial Airlines.

"The addition of Québec City to our route network is a reflection of our commitment to providing the essential transportation services necessary to support the growing natural resources industry in Quebec and Labrador," said Ash.
