FlightSafety reorganizes its Cessna training programs
FlightSafety International continues to augment and redistribute its Cessna aircraft training programs.
“We continuously strive to ensure the availability and geographical distribution of our Cessna aircraft training programs and simulators meet the changing needs of our Customers,” said David Davenport, Executive Vice President.
A Cessna Citation Sovereign simulator will be installed at FlightSafety’s Learning Center in Atlanta, Georgia. It is currently located in Orlando, Florida. The Atlanta Center offers training for the Cessna Citation I, Citation II, Citation SII, and Citation V.
The Orlando Center will offer Citation CJ4 training. The simulator will be relocated from Wichita, Kansas. The Orlando Center now provides training for the Citation Mustang, Citation CJ2, Citation CJ3, Citation Bravo, Citation Encore, Citation Encore+, Citation Excel, Citation Sovereign, Citation X, Citation XLS, and Citation XLS+.
A simulator for the new Citation Latitude as well as two for the Cessna Caravan will enter service in Wichita shortly. FlightSafety has installed simulators for the Citation Mustang, Citation CJ3+ and M2 at its Wichita East Center in the past year. Others previously installed in Wichita include the Citation Encore, Citation CJ3, Citation Sovereign, Citation Sovereign+, Citation X, Citation X+, and two additional simulators for the Caravan.
Simulators for the Citation Latitude and a Citation XLS+ will be installed in Columbus, Ohio next year. The Center is now equipped with simulators for the Citation X, Citation Excel, and Citation XLS.
