agreement with SARS, AMS' Automated Flight Information Reporting System
(afirs) now interfaces with the SARS® Intelitrax˙ Flight Following

aircraft operators to monitor and manage flights in real-time. With SARS
Intelitrax, multiple authorized personnel now have a single portal to
track air fleet operations, including historical data, from any location
using a Web browser.

"We saw that the afirs UpTime service was a major breakthrough in remote

derived from the Flight Following Service into our asset management
platform," said Clayton Shelver, CEO of SARS. "This has opened up a large,
global market with commercial fleet operations for our Intelitrax service,
and has given us the opportunity to be part of an important humanitarian
