Satair Group, UTC Aerospace Systems sign new global agreement

UTC Aerospace Systems has signed a global distribution agreement with Satair Group that covers electric systems, environmental and engine control systems, and lighting systems for mid- and small-sized customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Satair Group will assume responsibility for aftermarket sales support and distribution of selected products and systems manufactured by UTC Aerospace Systems for mid- and small-sized customers.
 
CEO of Satair Group, Mikkel Bardram explains: “We are very happy to significantly expand our already good and existing business relationship with UTC Aerospace Systems. It fits with Satair Group’s strategy to continually widen our product range and offer more services to our customers and business partners. Our expectation is to grow the sales of these product lines whilst improving customer satisfaction.”
 
Ajay Agrawal, UTC Aerospace Systems Vice President of Aftermarket, comments “This agreement provides UTC Aerospace Systems with broader and deeper reach to deliver world class service and support to our customers around the world. We recognize the needs of our medium and small customers, and we are pleased to work with Satair Group to provide these customer accounts with a unique distribution solution to best meet their needs for quality spare parts support.”
