Fanshawe’s Norton Wolf School of Aviation Technology is located at the London International Airport and operates an 80,000-square-foot facility, including a 50,000-square-foot industrial hangar and recently renovated classrooms and simulation labs. The school provides nine aviation-related programs, specializing in Transport Canada-approved diplomas in aircraft and avionics maintenance. It also provides certificate programs in Aerospace Manufacturing and Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems Operations, as well a three-year Commercial Flight and Aviation Leadership diploma. In September 2021, the school plans to begin a one-year Flight Services Certificate program. The school’s Aviation Technician – Avionic Maintenance program covers all aspects of aircraft avionics systems used in general aviation, corporate, charter transport category aircraft and helicopters.
