Sharpe to lead business development for Skyservice in U.S.

PJ Sharpe has been appointed as director, business development, USA, for Skyservice Business Aviation, as the Canadian operation continues to focus on expanding south of the border.

In this new role, Sharpe will build awareness of the Skyservice brand within the U.S. market to support business development activities for the operation’s range of business aviation services, including: Fixed Base Operations (FBO), aircraft management, charter, aircraft maintenance and aircraft sales and brokerage. Sharpe will report directly to Lyne Barbeau, VP, business aviation, for Skyservice.

Most recently, Sharpe held the position of senior business development manager with Skyservice. Over the last 22 years, PJ held various senior level roles in operations, sales and marketing within the aviation industry.

“[Sharp’s] level of expertise in the aviation industry and success in developing new markets will help support Skyservice’s growth in the U.S.,” said Lyne Barbeau, VP, business aviation.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Skyservice today holds four FBO locations in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Ottawa.
