Skyservice Business Aviation adds two new aircraft to its growing fleet of managed aircraft

May 28, 2008, Montreal – Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. has announced that it has added two new aircraft, a Learjet 60XR and a Gulfstream 450.

The Learjet 60XR will be based in Skyservice Business Aviation’s Fixed Based Operation (FBO) in Montreal. The Lear 60 is the first XR delivered and operated in Canada and is available for third party charters. It includes a six-passenger interior and the latest technological improvements Learjet has added to the Learjet family of aircraft including a new Pro-line 21 avionics suite. The Gulfstream (G450) will be based in Skyservice Business Aviation’s newest FBO in Calgary. This addition will increase the Calgary-based fleet of managed aircraft to 8.

“By adding two new aircraft to our fleet, we are able to offer our customers not only the latest models but also greater choice and flexibility,” says Luc Massé, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy, Skyservice Business Aviation.

These additions bring the total number of managed aircraft fleet to 45, which represents a growth of 25% over the past 12 months. Skyservice Business Aviation is Canada's largest operator of business aircraft, managing a fleet of 51 aircraft, including six owned and operated by Skyservice, five of which are dedicated air ambulance Learjet 35s. Aircraft are based and operated by a team of experts in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, Windsor, Calgary and Kelowna.
