Oct. 7, 2008, Orlando, Fla. – StandardAero and Silverhawk Conversions have reached an agreement to extend their Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) portfolios to each other’s organizations.

This agreement will extend StandardAero’s menu of services to operators of King Air C90 and E90 airframes with complete overhaul, repair and now, engine upgrade options.

Providing an alternative to traditional overhaul, StandardAero will now be able to offer customers the option to upgrade their C90 and E90 airframes with new PT6A-135A engines removing the existing PT6A–20, -21 or –28 engines.
