"We are honoured to be selected as their partner and look forward to helping foster economic development within the Haisla Nation," stated Summit President Rob Mauracher. "We deeply respect the unique characteristics of the Haisla's culture, values, and interests as well as their intimate relationship with the land and the sea."
Summit is part of the Ledcor Group of Companies and operates a fleet of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and Terrace, British Columbia. With a fleet of 28 aircraft, Summit specializes in developing tailor-made aviation solutions for its customers.
"We are extremely proud of this new partnership in the aviation space, and see a great future with Summit and its senior leadership team in the Kitimat region," commented Henry Amos, Chairman of the Haisla Economic Development Committee.

"This aviation deal extends an already well-functioning partnership Ledcor has with the Haisla and we look forward to growing together," McElligott said.
