Top 10 Under 40 – Criteria

• All nominees must be under the age of 40 as of December 31st, 2014.
• Working in, or supplying goods for, the Canadian aviation or aerospace industry

All Nominees Should:

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Show leadership and initiative
• Actively seek new opportunities 
for training and education
• Be involved in industry associations
• Show demonstrated ability to “give back” to the industry as whole
