Transport Minister Garneau to open ICAO climate meeting

The Honourable Marc Garneau, Canadian Transport Minister, will join ICAO Council president Dr. Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu at ICAO Headquarters tomorrow, when the UN civil aviation agency welcomes its 191 Member States for further negotiations toward the adoption of a global market-based measure (MBM) to enable carbon neutral growth in international aviation from 2020.
