About Matt Bradley
Matt joined Conair in 2015 after spending more than 3 decades in the aviation industry. He began his career as an instructor with the Royal Canadian Air Force later advancing to CF 18 Combat Ready Element Lead in Cold Lake. On completion of his military career, Matt became a Transport Canada Training and Check Captain on transport category aircraft before progressing to leadership positions at commercial airlines.

Matt is passionate about safety with a history of developing and deploying pilot ground training policies and procedures as well as initial, recurrent and upgrade simulator training for various aircraft. He encourages open communication, collaboration and adoption of technologies, supporting the team at Conair to continually raise the bar within our industry, leading the way in innovation, systems and training.
