Vector Aerospace reports Q2 profit of $8.3M

Aug. 5, 2008, Toronto – Vector Aerospace Corp. has earned a second-quarter profit of $8.3 million, up from $2.3 million a year ago, while revenue increased more than 50 per cent.

The profit amounted to 22 cents per share for the three months
ended June 30 compared with a profit of six cents per share a year
ago.

Revenue from continuing operations were $138.2 million, up from
$88.8 million.

Vector Aerospace is a provider of aviation repair and overhaul
services.
