The PW100SMART suite of offerings is designed to help operators keep their aircraft flying with predictable maintenance costs, improved dispatch availability and enhanced time-on-wing performance.  P&WC’s range of PW100 initiatives includes firm fixed priced overhauls, flat rate engine exchanges, capped cost programs plus other availability-focused initiatives.

As a fully-authorized Pratt & Whitney Canada Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for the PW100 turboprop family with overhaul locations in North America and Europe, Vector is ideally placed to assist any PW100 operators wishing to make use of the services now being offered under the PW100SMART initiative.  Vector’s highly trained technicians at its PW100 DOF locations in Slemon Park, PE, Canada and Gonesse, France, provide operators with responsive, high quality and value-for-money PW100 MRO solutions, maximizing revenue generating aircraft availability.

In addition to offering industry-leading MRO services for the full range of PW100 variants, Vector also provides customers with web-based engine condition trend monitoring (WebECTM®) for the PW100 and other P&WC engines, as a CAMP Designated Analysis Centre (DAC).

Vector also provides cost-effective MRO services for the 5,071 shp PW150A turboprop through its newly opened DOF facility in Seletar Aerospace Park, Singapore.  Vector has invested over $50 million in this new, state-of-the-art  56,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes full engine overhaul and test capability.
