Webster winner to get one-of-a-kind reward

July 6, 2012, Kanata, Ont. - Hamilton Watches generously presents a series of their exquisite aviator watches valued in the thousands of dollars to the nine Webster finalists annually.

The winner receives a top of the line X-Wind watch, the runner-up receives the next current level down and finalists receive ones of slightly lower value, all of which are extremely worthwhile prizes to receive and cherished by the recipients.

This year in celebration of the 80 anniversary of the Webster Trophy, Hamilton Watches has a very special watch to present to the winner.  Recently Hamilton received a commission to develop and produce a significant design for the Canadian Forces Snowbirds which incorporates their logo into the face of the watch.

One more watch was built with the express purpose of having it presented to the 2012 Webster winner.  Furthermore this wonderful prize will be presented to the winner by a representative from the 431 Air Demonstration Squadron, the Snowbirds at the Webster Awards Banquet on Saturday evening August 18th.  The Awards banquet will take place amongst the historical aircraft on display at the Canada Aviation & Space Museum where the Webster Trophy also permanently resides.

Hamilton Watches is the official timekeeper for the Webster Memorial Trophy Competition.
