Nov. 19, 2007, Winnipeg, Man. – In support of our mandate of operating
excellent facilities and services, Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. (WAA)
invites the submission of proposals to lease, develop, and operate food and
beverage, retail, and duty free concessions at Winnipeg James Armstrong
Richardson International Airport.

"To meet the capacity of today and into the future, Winnipeg Airports
Authority has embarked on airport site redevelopment," said Barry Rempel,
President & CEO of Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. "Construction of a new air
terminal building and associated infrastructure is underway and issuing the
Request for Proposal for concessions is another step in enhancing the travel
experience."

The Request for Proposal (RFP) includes more than 25 stores and
restaurants covering approximately 22,000 square feet in the new terminal
building, doubling the current space. To reflect the way in which people are
travelling, 70% of concessions will be located post-security and 30%
pre-security.

"The goal of the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International
Airport concessions program is to enhance quality and value for our
travelers," said Barry Rempel, President & CEO of Winnipeg Airports Authority.
"Travelers will not only be greeted with a spacious and modern new facility,
but with the types of food and gifts that reflect the spirit of Winnipeg and
Manitoba."

Concessions will be selected to present the best mix of local and
national concepts and provide world-class service delivery to the nearly 5
million individuals who visit the airport each year.

Submissions will be accepted until February 28, 2008 with contracts being
awarded by June of 2008. Copies of the RFP are available for download at
www.waa.ca as of Friday, November 16, 2007.
