Offering her in-depth experience working in collaboration with employers, government departments, labour organizations, business/industry associations,
learning institutions and several community organizations. She is a skilled facilitator, business consultant, negotiator, coach and speaker with experience in Strategy, Team building, Change Management, Human Resources and Leadership. Margo has an extensive background in Workforce training and development. Her passion is transformational leadership, building team effectiveness, innovation capacity, change management, growth and increased engagement. Margo believes it is important to Lead by example!
