June 5, 2008, Dallas, TX – Bombardier Flexjet, the fractional business jet
ownership program of Bombardier Aerospace, and Jet Solutions LLC, the
organization operating Flexjet 25 flights under FAR Part 135, have announced
the addition of the Learjet 40 and Challenger 300 business jets to the Flexjet
25 jet card fleet.

The addition of the two popular aircraft to the Flexjet 25
fleet provides travel-by-the hour jet card owners access to Flexjet's full
fractional fleet of legendary Bombardier business-aircraft – the Learjet 40,
Learjet 45, Learjet 60, Challenger 300 and Challenger 604 aircraft.

"As part of Flexjet's world-class customer service, we are pleased to
offer Flexjet 25 jet card owners the optimal combination of choice,
flexibility and value by adding the Learjet 40 and Challenger 300 jets to the
Flexjet 25 fleet," said Michael McQuay, President, Bombardier Flexjet and
Skyjet. "Flexjet 25 owners will have the dual benefits of Jet Solutions'
industry-leading aircraft operations and a broader choice of state-of-the-art
Bombardier aircraft."

The Learjet 40 aircraft offers jet card owners the option of traveling in
a superior light jet that outperforms all other jets in its class and provides
the best combination of range, speed and comfort. The high-performance,
super-midsize Challenger 300 jet offers Flexjet 25 owners the option to travel
in the most popular aircraft in business aviation.

Unlike traditional jet card programs, the Flexjet 25 jet card is
available in 25-, 30- or 35-hour increments and allows program members to
choose the number of days per year they wish to fly — 275, 325, 355 or 365.
The program also includes two ground-breaking guarantees: a pledge that card
owners will fly on the Flexjet 25 fleet 95 percent of the time or better, and
a satisfaction guarantee* that jet card owners will be refunded the remaining
portion of their pre-paid balance if they are not completely satisfied after
their first flight.

Flexjet 25 jet card owners can also take advantage of the program's
industry-leading Secondary Service Area (SSA) program, which provides travel
to and from the Caribbean region (Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, the Greater,
lesser and Netherlands Antilles), Bermuda, the Bahamas, Mexico, all of Central
America (Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala and El
Salvador), and Canada without incurring ferry fees. Flexjet 25 jet card owners
of the long-range Challenger jets can also travel to and from Hawaii without
any ferry or repositioning fees to return an aircraft to the U.S. mainland.

Additionally, the Flexjet 25 jet card features options for travel on
larger or smaller aircraft when the need arises and the ability to apply
unused card program funds toward the purchase of a Flexjet fractional share.
