CAE appoints new management for business aviation training centres in North America
CAE has appointed Bill Dolny as vice president and general manager of CAE’s training centre in Dallas.

CAE has appointed Bill Dolny as Vice President and General Manager of CAE’s training centre in Dallas, CAE SimuFlite, and Michael Fedele as Vice President and General Manager of CAE’s training centre in Morristown, New Jersey. Both will report to Tom Stelter who was named Vice President, CAE Training and Services & Innovation, North America.

Bill Dolny will have full responsibility for managing and operating CAE SimuFlite, the world’s largest business aviation training centre and for continuing to grow CAE SimuFlite's customer base. Prior to accepting this new appointment, he held various positions in sales, including Vice President, Global Sales.

Michael Fedele will have full responsibility for managing and operating CAE’s training centre in Morristown, New Jersey, which he will continue to grow as one of CAE’s key business aviation centres. Over the next few years, the centre will expand from the present six simulator bays to a total of fifteen. Prior to this new appointment, Michael Fedele served as Vice President, Pilot Provisioning, following a number of senior roles at CAE heading process improvement initiatives and commercial operations within North America.

Tom Stelter will be responsible for all of CAE’s civil aviation training and services activities within North America including its training locations in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Morristown, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte, Phoenix and Seattle. He previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager of CAE SimuFlite. He has more than 30 years experience in aviation training and has been with CAE since 1991.
