Comlux and Landmark to open new VIP FBO in Paris

Nov. 16. 2009 – Comlux The Aviation Group and Landmark Aviation have announced
they have signed a LOI with Aéroports De Paris (ADP) in order to build
a brand new VIP FBO in Paris Le Bourget Airport. The parties expect the
facilities to be ready for operations in March 2011.

The FBO,
conveniently located at Paris Le Bourget airport, will feature a very
large hangar and private parking area able to welcome any kind of
business jet aircraft up to A340-600 VIP wide-body size. With its ultra
modern facilities, it will offer an extensive range of services
including fueling, ground handling and customs clearance. The new
facility will allow the most demanding VIP passengers to feel at home
in a very comfortable and luxurious environment.

Michel de Ronne, Managing Director of Le Bourget airport says: “We
are very pleased to have Comlux and Landmark opening a new VIP FBO at
Le Bourget airport, our very exclusive platform in Paris for VIP
passengers. The FBO will create new job opportunities and will help us
to confirm Le Bourget as the leading airport in Europe for business
aviation.“

MAZ Aviation a partner of Comlux will join this project as a commercial partner and shareholder of the facility.
