A 13-year veteran of Donaldson Company, Brandenhoff will further unify the sales efforts of recently acquired business units with those of the headquarters team to better support the advanced-technology filtration solution needs of customers throughout the world.

“The global sales team that Mark is forging will help Donaldson Aerospace & Defense sell an expanding product offering to the customer as one entity – Donaldson,” said Mark Rigby, general manager of Donaldson’s Global Aerospace & Defense Group.

The sales teams of the acquired business units — former companies Aerospace Filtration Systems of St. Louis, Mo., Le Bozec Filtration & Systems of Paris and Western Filter Corp. of Valencia, Calif. — report directly or functionally to Brandenhoff, as do sales executives at Donaldson Aerospace & Defense headquarters.

Since joining Donaldson in 2000 as an engineer in its gas turbine systems unit, Brandenhoff has taken on roles of increasing responsibility. In 2008, he was named gas turbine systems’ director of engineering. Two years later, he became sales director for that unit, the position he held at the time of his new appointment. In that post, Brandenhoff led an organization responsible for over 75 per cent sales growth in OEM, aftermarket, retrofit and field service products.

Brandenhoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where he is also pursuing an MBA.
