Firmly established within the North American market, Flying Colours is currently scouting, evaluating, and has had preliminary discussions with a number of reputable companies about establishing a joint venture outside of North America. “We have seen a very active growth in our international client base from our green Bombardier Challenger completion program which has also led to numerous other maintenance and refurbishment opportunities from clients outside of North America”, stated John Gillespie President & CEO, Flying Colours Corp. “90 per cent of our new green completions are going overseas and we are committed to supporting them.” stated Gillespie.

Although not a mandatory requirement they are leaning toward partnering with a well-known company that has an established client base and is educated about the specific geographic culture, infrastructure, and workforce. “We take great pride in aligning ourselves with vendors and investment partners that are knowledgeable, honest, and innovative,” stated Gillespie.

Flying Colours expansion plan started with the acquisition of JetCorp Technical Services in early 2009. The acquisition gave Flying Colours the US presence they have coveted for sometime as well as additional maintenance and completion capacity. Today, JetCorp operate as a Flying Colours Company and has recently moved into new offices at the Spirit of St.Louis Airport in St.Louis, MO.

Flying Colours is currently in discussions with their clients and Bombardier on expanding their relationships beyond the Challenger 850 product line which has led to expansion plans at their head office in Canada and further supports their requirement for an international base of operation.
