IWG Technologies announces departure of president
June 4, 2012, Burnaby, B.C. - International Water-Guard Technologies, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary International Water-Guard Industries Inc. (IWG) announced today that David Fox, President and CEO, has left the Company to pursue outside opportunities.

The duties of the Office of the President will be shared between Mike Piscatella and Bruce MacCoubrey (currently Directors of the company) who will answer to the Board of Directors. Mike and Bruce have collectively over 80 years' experience in the aerospace and aviation industry. This arrangement will continue until a full time replacement is named. The Board appreciates David's contribution to the Company over the past 8 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
