Montreal-Trudeau Airport welcomes 14 millionth passenger

Christiane Beaulieu, ADM's Vice-President, Public Affairs and Communications, presented passengers aboard Air Canada flight 1686, bound for Saint Lucia, with mementoes to mark this event. "The 14 millionth passenger is on board, but because we can't say precisely who it is, we are pleased to share this honour with everyone on the flight," Ms. Beaulieu said.

The Montreal-Trudeau terminal, which has undergone expansion and modernization since 2002, now meets the industry's highest standards. Serving more than 130 destinations with direct flights, Montreal-Trudeau is Canada's second-largest airport in terms of international destinations.

ADM is also a recognized leader in the use of new technologies designed to facilitate and accelerate airport processes: self-serve check-in kiosks, luggage self-tagging, automated border clearance, SecurXpress and online parking reservation are just a few examples of the technological innovations available at Montreal-Trudeau.

"We are proud of the work accomplished by ADM's employees and partners," Ms. Beaulieu concluded. "The addition of a new commercial area and the new duty-free shop will help further enhance customer satisfaction."
