NAV CANADA strikes tenative agreement

July 25, 2011, Ottawa - NAV CANADA today announced that the Company has reached a tentative collective agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers/Canadian Air Traffic Control Association Local 5454 representing air traffic controllers.The tentative agreement is now subject to the union ratification process. NAV CANADA will not be commenting on the details until the agreement is ratified.
