Robots invade San Diego museum

Oct. 16, 2009 - The San Diego Air & Space Museum is proud to host the 1st Annual Robotics Day at the Museum on Saturday Oct. 17, 2009.

Oct. 16, 2009 – The San Diego Air & Space Museum is proud to host the 1st Annual Robotics Day at the Museum on Saturday October 17, 2009. The event, free with paid Museum admission, will showcase young students and their robot inventions. The public will have the opportunity to see these robots in action and to meet the student inventors.

"The Museum is proud to showcase the efforts of the next generation of engineers and scientists," said Jim Kidrick, Museum president. "Their efforts demonstrate how science can be a fun, hands-on, team-building activity, and these students should be proud of their incredible inventions. I know our visitors will enjoy seeing them in action."
