“We’ve all been shocked at the pictures and stories of the wildfires around Fort McMurray, and are saddened by the impact those fires have had on the members of that community and region,” says Garth Atkinson, president and CEO of The Calgary Airport Authority.

The Calgary Airport Authority will be undertaking additional fundraising efforts at Calgary International Airport, providing the thousands of on-airport employees, as well as airport guests, with opportunities to support the Canadian Red Cross and its Alberta Fires Emergency Appeal to help those whose lives have been disrupted by the wildfires.
