FlightSafety International makes inroads at LaGuardia

March 27, 2012, La Guardia Airport, N.Y. - FlightSafety International’s Learning Center located at the LaGuardia airport in New York, has announced that its King Air B200 full flight simulator is now equipped with a Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) certified Garmin GNS 430W approved by Transport Canada and the United States Federal Aviation Administration.

The installed database includes virtually all published departures, arrivals and approaches in Canada, the United States, Central and South America. Other locations may be added upon request.
 
The LaGuardia Learning Center offers initial, recurrent and upgrade training for the King Air B200, Beechcraft 1900 series and Shorts 360 aircraft as well as a comprehensive Flight Dispatcher training program. It includes initial dispatcher license, recurrent training, reduced/refresher training and dispatch resource management.
