Flying Colours Chosen as “Completion Center of Choice”

Nov. 23, 2007, Peterborough, Ont. – Flying Colours Corp. has been selected as the completion center of choice for Aerospace Concepts “Project Phoenix” and their CRJ200 executive sales program as
announced at the Dubai Air show.

The first two aircraft will arrive at Flying Colours starting early in the new year with plans for as many as 30 future aircraft.

Flying Colours currently has three CRJ200’s at their facility undergoing their CRJ
“Execliner” conversion with firm orders for 6 more. The conversion involves
manufacturing and installing an executive interior in the CRJ200 series aircraft.

In addition to refurbishing the exterior and interior of the aircraft Flying Colours has also
developed an STC for adding two Long range fuel tanks to the CRJ200 series aircraft
bringing the approximate range of the aircraft up to 3000 NM.

Flying Colours Corp. is a Canadian based completion center specializing in
exterior and interior refurbishment as well as maintenance and modifications on all types
of jet and turbo-prop aircraft.
