CALDA represents approximately 60 Dispatchers employed at Jazz. Further details of the agreement will not be released pending ratification.

"I commend the CALDA leadership and Jazz management teams involved in the process for their hard work and professionalism," said Joseph D. Randell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jazz.

Jazz's Technical Services (Maintenance and Engineering) division ratified its agreement on September 12, 2009 and the airline's Customer Services and Aircraft Services divisions ratified their agreement on December 16, 2009. Both groups are represented by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW). These collective agreements are part of the 2009-2010 renewal of all Jazz's labour contracts.

Negotiations with Jazz's 1300 pilots (represented by the Air Line Pilots Association) and 760 flight attendants (represented by the Canadian Flight Attendant Union) are ongoing.
