Quebec finance minister frustrated by stalled Bombardier talks
Quebec finance minister Carlos Leitão has stopped hiding his irritation with the Trudeau government’s slow response to Bombardier’s $1-billion request for aid to boost the CSeries.

During a short media briefing in Montreal Thursday, Leitão asked seven times in less than two minutes what the holdup was.
