April 15, 2008, Addison, TX – Ship it AOG today announced it has signed a definitive
agreement with Unitron, LP to become a factory-authorized distributor for their new aircraft ground power products.

Since 2002, Ship it AOG has worked closely with Unitron to sell and lease previously owned
ground power units (GPUs). All products are factory-tested and repaired by Unitron prior to sale, with awarranty provided by Ship it AOG.

Under the new agreement, Ship it AOG will market and warehouse Unitron’s 400 Hz GPUs and
PwrKart™ frequency converters, dramatically reducing the lead time for delivery of product.

“Our close long-standing and successful relationship with Unitron has enabled us to now stock
their complete line of GPUs and PwrKarts, allowing our customers to receive immediate delivery of new products directly from our Addison, TX warehouse,” said George Miller, president of Ship it AOG.

This agreement with Unitron will eliminate lead times and complement the other services currently offered by Ship it AOG.”
