THS signs contract with Air Jazz and Bombardier

Oct. 14, 2011, Montreal - On June 10, 2011, Technologies Harness Scanner Inc. (THS) entered into a collaborative agreement with Jazz Aviation and Bombardier to develop and implement turnkey solutions to facilitate the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical sub-systems for several aircraft.

THS will provide Jazz MRO operations with turnkey solutions for all of its Bombardier aircraft, including: Two (2) portable automated test equipment (ATE) for line or heavy maintenance bases, Updated maintenance processes to meet Jazz and Bombardier maintenance practices, Specific tool packages for each sub-system, and Training for Jazz avionic and mechanic technicians.

 Jazz purchased the systems and, in addition, is contributing by providing its extensive maintenance expertise, as well as aircraft and manpower to deploy this new technology into the line and heavy fields of maintenance.

Bombardier is supporting the project with financial and technical considerations to facilitate an easy transition.
