June 13, 2008 – Calgary- AVCARD and the World Fuel Services Group of Companies – along with
their affiliate Baseops – have been long standing supporters of the annual Canadian Business
Aviation Association (CBAA) Convention and Trade Show. The 2008 edition of the CBAA will be
the Association’s 47th annual such gathering, and will be held in Toronto at the Lester B. Pearson
International Airport (YYZ) from June 16-19.

One of the much anticipated highlights for CBAA this year will be a rare presentation of four very
significant vintage aircraft – courtesy of a special sponsorship from AVCARD and Word Fuel
Services. An appearance by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum Lancaster Bomber and
Mitchell B25 Bomber is rare – the “Lanc” being one of only two in the world still flying and the B25
among a small number. Add to that the appearance of the Vintage Wings Museum Supermarine
Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane and you have a unique gathering of special aircraft representing
an important part of Canada’s aviation heritage.

CBAA is pleased that AVCARD and World Fuel Services are making the presentation of these
aircraft possible. It pays a fitting tribute not only to the efforts of our Armed Forces from years
gone by, but is also an apt reminder of the dedication and effort that our military provide through
their presence all over the world today. The aircraft will arrive in formation flight on Tuesday June
17 just before noon to take their place within the Static Display or some 30 corporate aircraft. The B25 and Lancaster will be departing just as the event closes on Thursday June 19.
