“The face-to-face contact we have with our customers and their direct feedback shape our services and support offering around the world,” said Éric Martel, President, Bombardier Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft. “Each year, based on feedback from our customers, we strive to raise our highly successful operator events to a new level, and this year I believe we will reach an all-time high.”

Bombardier is one of the very few aircraft manufacturers with comprehensive support offerings and a network for both commercial and business aircraft, as well as a wealth of experience in a wide variety of operational environments in regions around the world.

First-ever All Series Operators Conference and Trade Show

From April 30 to May 3, 2012, Bombardier will host its All Series Operators Conference and Trade Show, which – for the first time – will bring together the global community of Q-Series, CRJ and CSeries aircraft customers under one roof. The important event, to be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, will feature in-depth sessions and workshops, as well as unique networking events with Bombardier Customer Services teams and industry partners.

Customers will have the opportunity to meet with members of Bombardier’s leadership team, share best practices and visit exhibits highlighting the most up-to-date products and services available for their aircraft type(s). Operators can also take part in technical forums and training workshops to hear experts address key issues around troubleshooting, diagnostics and warranty.

Montréal Business Aircraft M&O Conference
From April 17 – 19, 2012, Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators are invited to join Bombardier experts at the 2012 Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Conference, to be held at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal, Québec. The event is centered on the needs of pilots, aircraft technicians and maintenance directors. Bombardier specialists will be on hand to provide operational, maintenance and safety updates, and training, as well as updates on each aircraft platform.

Bombardier will also offer customers a lineup of high-profile speakers to add to the experience. These include a cabotage specialist to address Canada-U.S. cross-border issues, Canadian Space Agency astronaut Chris Hadfield, via a live feed, and Mikey McBryan, star of the popular television show Ice Pilots: NWT.

These two must-attend operator events will be followed by a series of regional briefings and conferences throughout 2012, including a business aircraft M&O Conference in Berlin (September 25-27, 2012) and regional reviews in Russia, then Asia, for CRJ Series and Q-Series aircraft platforms later in the year. Registration and complete agendas for these and other events can be found on the new Bombardier Customer Services events website at http://events.aero.bombardier.com.
