Jan. 25, 2008, Toronto –  Cargojet Income Fund today announced plans
to enhance its live animal shipping program. Cargojet specializes in the
handling and transportation of varying types of live animals including
horses, cattle, and other exotic animals for zoological, agricultural and
other reasons.

The IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR), a worldwide standard for
transporting live animals by commercial airlines, governs the carriage of live
animals by air. Cargojet complies with these and any other regulatory
authority to ensure all animals are transported safely and humanely by air.

"Cargojet provides specialized air freight services including charters to
meet the needs and requirements of transporting live animals," says Ajay K.
Virmani, President and CEO of the Fund. "Our commitment to the live air cargo
market is part of Cargojet's continuing response to increasing customer demand
for additional specialized and value-added air cargo services," adds Virmani.
