TSB recommends more restraint of kids on planes
Purses and laptops are restrained more than babies on flights, and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada wants that changed.

The TSB, in a report released Monday into the crash of a Perimeter Aviation plane from Winnipeg to Sanikiluaq, Nunavut, on Dec. 22, 2012, which claimed the life of six-month-old Isaac Appaqaq, has recommended to Transport Canada infants and children be properly restrained when flying.
A coroner said Isaac died of head injuries after he was torn from his mother’s grip while sitting on her lap during the crash.
The rest of the crew and passengers suffered injuries ranging from minor to serious. | READ MORE
