‘Vintage cars & planes’ at Canadian Warplane Heritage

July 24, 2009 – We are happy to announce that the Ancaster Optimist Club will be working with Canadian Warplane Heritage in the museum’s first fundraising event called “Vintage Cars & Planes” on Sunday August 16th from 10am-4pm.

July 24, 2009 – We are happy to announce that the Ancaster Optimist Club will be working with Canadian Warplane Heritage in the museum’s first fundraising event called “Vintage Cars & Planes” on Sunday August 16th from 10am-4pm.

Designated vehicle parking on the museum aircraft ramp will be available for the vintage cars (20 years or older).  The driver, vehicle and 1 (one) passenger will receive free admission.  All other vehicle passengers will pay regular museum admission prices.

Door prizes will be awarded to some of the lucky vintage car owners.

Visitors to the museum will be able to set their eyes on a variety of classic cars and our classic aircraft in one location and at one low admission fee.

Advertisement

We ask that no pets or outside food is brought into the museum or onto the museum grounds.  Food will be available on site for purchase.

Admission fees: Adults $10, Seniors & Student (13-17yrs) $8,
Children (6-12yrs) $6, Under 5yrs – Free.
