Winnipeg Airports Authority and Unicity Taxi Undertake Revolutionary Customer Service

(Unicity) are pleased to announce the signing of a long-term agreement for taxi service at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport that incorporates revolutionary customer service standards.

Nov. 13, 2007, Winnipeg, Man. – Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc.(WAA) and
Unicity Taxi Ltd. (Unicity) are pleased to announce the signing of a long-term
agreement for taxi service at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson
International Airport that incorporates revolutionary customer service
standards.

Beginning January 1, 2008 the new contract sees WAA and Unicity institute
customer service standards that include driver tourism training under the
National Occupational Standards, decreased age of vehicles servicing the
airport, a 24 hour 7 day a week presence to ensure availability at all times
and dedicated airport taxis at high travel times such as winter charter season
and vacation travel.

To measure customer service, benchmarking will be incorporated. Airport
customers can provide feedback through a Customer Comment System either online
or via a dedicated phone number.

of providing excellence in customer service," said Barry Rempel, WAA President

travelling via airport taxi experience service that is sure to reflect
positively on our region."

"We are pleased to enter into a long term agreement that sees Unicity
lead in airport ground transportation standards," said Joan Wilson, General
Manager, Unicity Taxi. "The agreement not only benefits our company but our
drivers who will be professionally certified across Canada by the Canadian
Tourism Human Resource Council."
       
The agreement including new standards in service levels provides Unicity
the ability to operate exclusively at the airport for a period of 3 years. The
new contract commences January 1, 2008 to December 31st 2010 and subject to a
two year renewal option. By December 31st, 2008, any vehicle obtaining fares
must not be older than seven (7) calendar years as at December 31st of the
present year.
