Jazz Aviation make a difference in Nova Scotia

This special designation recognizes the employers in Nova Scotia that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Mediacorp’s evaluation of the various candidates is based on an assessment focused on eight key aspects: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
Jazz was recognized for supporting ongoing employee development with formal mentoring, encouraging employees to prepare for the future with retirement planning assistance and contributions to a pension plan, cultivating an ownership culture and providing employees with work-life balance options.
